Jason Clarke is an interior designer and qualified carpenter. He began working with wood at the age of 14 and through the years has developed a unique style of working with Australian hardwoods. Jason aims to preserve the natural organic beauty of the wood while making stylish contemporary furniture.

Six years ago Jason moved his business from Queensland to Sydney and now has a retail store at Charing Cross (Bronte). Burl gallery carries indoor and outdoor settings, entertainment units, coffee tables and a beautiful range of leather lounges and chairs. The gallery also displays indigenous art, hand blown glass, jewellery and an eclectic mix of objects from vases and lamps to leather bound boxes and hand painted plates. When selecting this contemporary Australian art Jason is looking for universal style, each of the offerings at Burl Gallery are beautiful objects in and of themselves.
